Two years of research and develful reopment have finally yielded fruitsults! Tachin Technology successfully completed the key project of "Disruptive Technology Innovation" under the national key reseaAfter 2 years of dedicated research and development, we have broken through 3 key technologies and obtained 12 core patents. As the only national key research and development program "Disruptive Technology Innovation" that has applied for and independently undertaken the "Electronic Skin" technology, Tujian Technology has successfully passed the comprehensive performance evaluation and delivered an impressive "innovation answer sheet"! This achievement not only fills the market gap for intelligent robot tactile perception systems, but also injects strong impetus into exploring the infinite possibilities of embodied intelligence. Focusing on the forefront of strategy and activating innovation momentum The National Key R&D Program for Disruptive Technology Innovation is organized and implemented by the Beijing Tianjin Hebei National Technology Innovation Center. This special project is aimed at the forefront of global technology, supporting innovative achievements with strategic value, technological breakthroughs, and disruptive impact, and promoting the development of emerging technologies. The project selection criteria emphasize originality, innovation, and significant application potential, with the goal of breaking through traditional technological paths and providing core technological support for economic and social development. Subverting traditional paradigms, unlocking the password for innovation
1 Traditional flexible electronic materials lack intrinsic stretchability, resulting in a significant decrease or even loss of conductivity and sensing performance during tensile deformation, severely limiting the stable operation of electronic skin in complex dynamic deformation environments. 2 The existing flexible tactile sensors have a single mode, low integration, and are difficult to achieve high-density, multimodal (pressure, temperature, proximity) collaborative perception on a single chip, which cannot support the multidimensional tactile perception needs of humanoid robots for complex external environments. 3 Although the robotics industry is developing rapidly, there is still a lack of truly usable humanoid electronic skin products, especially in applications such as high dynamic deformation, large-area coverage, and complex tactile perception. Existing technologies cannot meet the needs of intelligent robots for high-order tactile feedback and intelligent interaction.
1 This project innovatively developed an intrinsic stretchable flexible material system that can maintain stable electrical properties even under high stretchability. The system solves the fundamental contradiction between material stretchability and electrical properties, achieving performance indicators of tensile performance>100% and bending radius<5mm, providing a new material foundation for the construction of high-performance stretchable electronic skin. 2 Based on self-developed intrinsic stretchable materials, a new multimodal electronic skin sensing array design and manufacturing process is proposed, which integrates multiple sensing functions such as pressure, proximity sensing, and temperature on a single chip, achieving high spatial resolution and high sensitivity sensing. The sensor density is 200/cm ², the force measurement range is 0-200N, and the maximum proximity sensing distance is 20cm, breaking the technical barrier of traditional flexible devices that are difficult to integrate multimodal functions on a single chip. 3 Aiming at the application needs of intelligent robots, a new generation of electronic skin system has been developed that combines large-area coverage, stretchability, flexible lightweight, and multimodal high-density perception. For the first time, it has achieved true "biomimetic perception and feedback" in the field of robot touch, opening up new directions for future industries such as intelligent robots, smart healthcare, and smart wearables. The project achievements have attracted widespread attention in the industry, and CCTV's "News Live Room" has taken the lead in focusing on this topic, deeply analyzing the core technology of the project in the form of special reports. Subsequently, authoritative media such as Shenzhen Television, Securities Times, and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone News also followed up and interpreted the results, further expanding the industry influence of the achievements and gradually bringing electronic skin technology into the public eye. |
