Tachin Technology helps Zhaowei Electromechanical to break through the new boundaries of dexterous tactile perception

On the afternoon of July 5, 2025, ZWHAND's new generation dexterous hand equipped with Tujian Technology's stretchable multimodal flexible electronic skin was officially unveiled at the Shenzhen press conference of Zhaowei Electromechanical. As a strategic partner of Zhaowei Electromechanical in this project, Tujian Technology endows the new generation of dexterous hands with soft and sensitive tactile perception capabilities, making their operations more flexible and precise in complex environments, significantly enhancing the intelligence level of dexterous hands.  Tactile perception, the "perception core" of dexterous hands Tujian Technology has equipped the fingertips, palms, and backs of ZWHAND's new generation of dexterous hands with flexible electronic skins that can be curved and attached. These electronic skins can simulate the tactile sensation of the human hand, accurately sense environmental information such as pressure and temperature, and provide the dexterous hand with a real "tactile sensation". The electronic skin tactile sensing system installed this time has a high sensing sensitivity of 0.01N/cm ², a high sampling frequency of over 100Hz, and a long service life of over 1 million times. It is also equipped with a temperature sensing module, further expanding the interaction dimension between the dexterous hand and the environment.  The ZWHAND new generation dexterous hand equipped with a tactile perception system seems to have a sharp "nervous system" that can quickly respond to external stimuli, bringing a higher dimensional human-computer interaction experience, making it more adept and flexible in performing tasks.
